Environmental site assessment
CES performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to ASTM E1527 and Phase II subsurface investigations for buyers, sellers, lenders and developers.
Reports state what was found, whether it requires further action and what it will likely cost and take to resolve, so the client can price and schedule the transaction.

Site investigation and regulatory closure

Remediation design, construction and operation
CES designs remediation systems, permits them, builds them with its own crews under its own contractor license, and operates, samples and reports on them until cleanup goals are met.

Landfill environmental services
CES monitors, maintains and reports on active and closed landfills. Our crews sample groundwater, soil vapor, landfill gas and surface water; inspect caps, drainage and settlement; and maintain and repair leachate collection, gas extraction, groundwater monitoring and stormwater systems.
