Consulting and field execution under one license
CES employs its own engineers, geologists, scientists, project managers and field crews, and holds a California Class A and HAZ contractor license. That means CES performs both the consulting and the field construction and operations work itself, from the first Phase I through final regulatory closure.
Twenty five years in Southern California

Owners who run the work
CES is owned and led by four principals, each directly involved in client work: winning and contracting it, engineering and signing it, executing it in the field and managing its finances.

Allen Swift
Allen sets CES's strategy and leads the company's growth. He identifies and shapes opportunities, builds and holds senior client relationships, leads pursuits, prices and negotiates contracts, and stays engaged through delivery so clients come back. Over more than 30 years in the environmental remediation industry he has won and delivered work for public agencies, industrial owners and consultants across the country, and he is a co-inventor of patented remediation technologies.

Skye Green, PE, QSD/QSP
Skye has practiced environmental engineering since 1998 and has led more than 250 site assessment and remediation projects. She designs remediation systems, obtains the permits and agency approvals to build them and manages them through operation and closure. She is the Responsible Managing Employee on CES's contractor license.

Daniel Baysa
Danny runs CES's field operations. He has more than 30 years of environmental field experience, has supervised field work on more than 500 projects and has served as Site Safety and Health Officer on more than 200, from UST removal and drilling to remediation system construction and landfill O&M.
